Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the U.S. for over ten decades. She was part as captain for the US Olympic women's gymnastics team The Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). Aly Raisman won three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics at London. In addition, she took home a bronze medal on the balance beam. In 2012 she was one of the few American athlete to earn the most number of medals during the Olympics. She took gold in the team competition at the 2016 Olympics that was her as well as Gabby Douglas the first Americans to win back-to-back golds. In addition, she was awarded silver medals for the individual all-around and for the floor workout. After the 2 Olympics she took a break from competitive gymnastics for 3 years. In addition, she was part of two gold medal winning world championship teams. As a young girl when she started to study gymnastics. Her favourite event is floor workouts. Aly contributes towards the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in memory of her deceased grandmother. She hopes to become a fashion designer and expand her line of leotards and socks in the near future. Fierce A novel, which she's writing, will be coming out in the year ahead.
